2010!

Currently in Bahrain. Pretty grim airport it's about 5 am local time here so nothing is even open! Just celebrated new years in the air like a larry with a book and a cup of tea, good time, I did get to see the Arabian gulf glowing in moonlight as we landed though.
The single most abnoxious person in history was also on that flight , some fat White guy with a wife that he had massive language barrier with, complained about the person infrpnt and behind him for no reason then started screaming fuck really loud, then gies 'fcuk you all we only just started 2010 and all you forgeiners are filling my country' ironically this man was clearly not FROM Bahrain he was just an immigrant that had been there a few years. Japside. Then an English guy just within his eye shot put a newspaper from the plane in his bag and so he started calling for him to be arrested for theft and have his hands chopped off, he even requested the captain. Funnily enough he was the only one stopped at passport control becausebhe was drunk. Twat.
Connection on to Thailand is relatively soon, can't wait to get the plane journeys out the way!

I love you guys.

literally had the nicest night with people last night. went out with jamie, katy, sam, zak, saz, ella, duane, matty, nics etc, it was great, sitting in thirst having some shisha, was a great way to leave! it really dawned on me how great you guys are as friends and ill miss you heaps, so stay in touch!!!! please .. haha.

im literally about to load stuff into the car and head to the airport, then its a 7 hour flight to bahrain followed by another flight on to bangkok, an overnight stop (after a night out with nina huppertz!) then a further flight south down to the islands.

im getting really excited now but my heart breaks when im on the phone to you guys saying bye! its hard. iv not left and i cant wait to be back and see you all again.

this one has to be breif but ill post later properly.

Final Monday

Tonight was my last monday in oxford!
i spent the whole day cleaning out my room and packing my backpack and dive bag. it was weird afterwards looking at everything in bags and my room just being an empty shell! apparently my parents are going to rent it out so its not really my room now... bad times.
i went out to meet jamie and managed to see loads of people, like zak, swx, jon, matt etc.. it was nice, but come 10 they all went off for the classic monday night at bridge... which is one thing about oxford that i will miss! but unfortunately i had other stuff to sort out so i left at 10ish.
the day i leave is fast approaching and i have so much left to do! its imense, all days from now on are guna be ram packed busy!! but hopefully ill see as many of you as possible before i go.

Packing up and leaving.

Today is the day i should have left england, flown to thailand for 6 weeks and the emigrated to australia. unfortunately my flight had a transition in dehli (india) and the indian government for some unknown reason have denied me access (even to transit) to india.. regardless of the fact that im half indian. retards.
hense i had to change my flights to the 31st transfering in bahrain instead - with a bit of luck they will let me through!
its getting really close to the point where im having to leave now, and its really started to hit me that oxfords the place i grew up in, and there are so many people here that im gutted to be leaving.
my old school mates from way back when like zak, rob and sam, dont know what ill be doing without them, and everyone else, its a bit crap because i feel like in the last few weeks iv gotten closer to alot of people.
hopefully i can keep you guys all up to date with where in the world i am with this blog. ill miss all of you, but hopefully some of you will come out to australia and i can teach you to dive! and then ill be around at xmas for catch ups :)
